Hello everyone my name is Johnny Kaskie and I’m from the Pittsburgh PA area of the USA. I’ve been a cannabis enthusiast since I was a child. I’ve been around this plant by my own free will choice since before I was a teenager in the early 90s. My dream since I have been a child is to be a cannabis farmer, I even went to Penn State (Beaver Campus not main) for Horticulture and got told by my teacher “You’ll never work in Marijuana, get passionate about food plants. or landscaping” and I dropped out shortly after. I have learning disabilities that make class room learning torture for me and part of it is needing a “Notetaker” bc my brain spells faster than my hands can write (Written expressive disorder) at 18 was something I couldn’t square, as a 45 year old man I know any disabilities I have might mean I need to ask for help sometimes but I still hate it. I am a heavy medicator and I have a pretty intense life story as many of us have, when I get medicated I am able to have peace, inside myself and connect to the creator/the divine for just a moment, in extreme thanks for all of the things I have in my life that I love. That’s medicine ain’t it? I am happy to be here and maybe meet some like minded people and make some friends! I don’t wanna say too much but I think I’ve said enough! Be well everyone!

I agree. Cultivation and time are part of it’s medicine also, for me anyways. Not cultivation for the sake of commerce in my case but for mindfulness and a daily retooling of my faulty, selfish, human, moral compass, I am in a constant state of prayer for most of the day and evening bc of it and cannabis really helps rapidly adjust my perspective and mood. I was just having a moment earlier looking at big water drops on my kale and cabbage plants outside in my “legal” garden just wondering at the beauty of our shared home planet… Does anyone else think it’s funny we humans live our whole lives thinking earth is “Bad” and in our hubris we repurpose/create/destroy all matter we touch, much like our ancestors the Fungi, and expect “Paradise” after our carbon based life experience is over…Conversely This planet was created as a right now and THE ONLY “Paradise” made by the creator for our animal, carbon based cousins whom are also very earthbound. It’s a jarring rabbit hole that get’s very tight very quickly… If I am a “Human Animal” is this place not also a paradise for me too if my perspective will allow me to see it and exist in it from that place/fact/truth? Our sacred grandmother the earth and our father the creator have many mysteries to share with us, all we have to do is open the storehouses of nature and inquire openly and earnestly, no knock at that door goes unanswered IME! It’s good to meet you, sorry I was thinking and typing and all of that kind of spilled out, but I’m gonna leave it!

Nice to meet you too

Yeah growing and being around this plant gives us meaning and purpose, she brings us closer to mother earth, connects us to nature and eachother, makes us think deeper with more respect, she is a teacher and a big part of the time we are living in now

We gonna have to change our ways bc we are destroying the planet, ganja is a central part of the turn around that is about to happen all over the world

So if look at it another way, its a great time to be alive bc we get to see and be a part of the big change

We are the generations that stops this mad living

I agree Earth is paradise and we are making it to our personal hell
